This class is all about Strength. Our Trainer will instruct you on proper weight lifting forms and techniques. If you’re a beginner to weight lifting, don’t worry because we teach with low weight for beginners. Teaching you proper form before we bump you up to the next level. This class is designed to increase your strength, endurance, & your overall physical fitness.
