Service Description

Join us for our 45 minute spin class!! We’re located in McDonough, GA near Union Grove High School. You’ll receive our physical address to our private gym via email once you reserve your spot. Each class is filled with different playlists from different genres of music such as; Rap, R&B, Reggae, Pop, & more. In our Spin classes we keep you spinning to burn the most calories. We also use weights during this class. Light weights with high rep counts. Each participant must sign a waiver once they arrive before starting class. No refunds for arriving Late or No Shows.
