Fit Fest 5

Welcome to Fit Fest 5! We're bringing you more and more Fitness!!!! This time around we're bringing back our bike ride!

We're hosting this event at our private location. You'll receive the address when you rsvp for your pass via email the week of the event. This event will be happening at our location near Panola Mountain State Park!

This event is an outdoor event weather permitting. In the event that it rains, this event will be rescheduled.

This event starts at 6:30 AM sharp with our bike ride. Pull off at 7:00 AM sharp. Our 20 mile bike ride will be happening on Arabia Mountain Trail.

Followed by the bike ride will be the start of our Fitness Classes.

You pick what classes you want to do. You can try one or try all.

Each class is only 30 minutes. Tramp Fitness will have two classes each within its 1 hour window. For Example, 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM, 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM.

Everyone that holds a Gearact membership gets first priorty on spots.

Our 20 Mile Bike Ride (Ride At Your Own Pace) portion is FREE!!!!! That's right! For the first time at Fit Fest we have a 20 Mile Bike Ride (Ride At Your Own Pace) and it's entirely free! 

Once you rsvp your pass, you'll also receive an email requesting your time spot for those classes if you signed up.

• Bootcamp 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM
• Tramp Fitness 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM, 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM
• Spinnin' - 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM
• Step Up - 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM

We will have vendors, food for purchase, and more on site.
