Each Class is only 30 minutes. There’s a limit on class bookings. For example, you can’t book two of the same type of classes back to back. We will email each individual to see which 30 minute time slot works best for you once you book. We're hosting our 3rd Fit Fest inside of our new location. You'll get an email confirmation of our private gym address upon booking. We're located in Mcdonough, GA off Hwy 155 if you're needing a general idea of our location.

Members get in FREE! Members can also bring a friend for FREE!

We will have Vendors again this time around and merchandise on hand for purchase.
