Good morning members! This is our new transformation challenge I mentioned in class!
Typically in the past we would offer cash prizes and we know everyone loves those! Lol We’ve learned with the cash competitions it attracts tons but it doesn’t really change us long term.
This time around we want you to do it for you! The prize is, “A Better you!”
These are the rules this time……
Must exercise 5 days weekly. Workouts can be as little as 30 minute exercises.
3 of your workouts weekly must be 3 Gearact classes.
Weekly weigh ins can be scheduled around the times you come to class.
To change you, you must change the way you eat. That’s the most important part. A few tips we can suggest for weight loss and muscle building…..
Weight Loss: Remove refined sugar, bread, fried food, alcohol, & soda for the next 30 Days!
Muscle Building: You need PROTEIN! Not all carbs are bad. Still stay away from the Alcohol, soda, fried food, & refined sugar.
